Ingredients
- Flax Seeds: Helps tighten pores, lighten your dark spots, fixes hyperpigmentation, gives your skin hydration, helps clear acne.
- Chia seeds: very rich antioxidants, help with acne and inflammation, packed with OMEGA-3 fatty acids which are essential for skin that is breaking out, and it is natural Botox to tighten up the skin.
- Rice water/ice; Rice water is gentle and is safe for all skin types. Helps fade dark spots as well as UV protection. This often used as a toner to soothe skin. Used only on oily skin to unclog pores and decreases sebum.
Red light Blue light therapy
Different wavelengths of light target different depths of the skin.
1. Red LED Light stimulates the Mitochondria in your cells, which speeds up healing. Helps to build up collagen. Promotes healthy tissue by increasing the production of ATP, storage cells or producing more energy.
2. Blue LED Light kills bacteria on the skin, which is good for getting rid of acne.
3. Combination of Red and Blue LED light used together is more effective for acne rather than using one color light at a time.
4. A minimum of 15 minutes of treatment is recommended.
5. Less treatment time is needed the more Joule of light is delivered to the skin.
For immediate results, start the treatments every other day the first month.

I would NOT recommend using the Red LED Light Color on this device if you get acne from ingrown facial hair.
The RED LED light speeds up the cells in your body, which includes hair growth. If you get acne from ingrown hair, the RED LED light could possibly make your acne worse. For acne sufferers from ingrown hair, I only recommend using the BLUE LED light color.

3. If you must pop pimples, do so in the morning and not at night. Injuries that happen at night take twice as long to heal as injuries in daylight.
4. Moist skin helps skin heal. Keep your skin moist.
5. Dry skin slows down healing, avoid drying out your skin to speed up healing.
